2. Brush of choice. 

(I hate when tutorial writeRs say that but I honestly can't recall where I got the star brush I used)

3. Mask Vix-Val2012Mask2 HERE.

4. Font Eric's HERE.

5. Tube of choice I'm using the beautiful Silver by Rebecca Sinz.

dsb flux

xero - Fritillary

Lets Get Started

File - New - New Image

Width 800

Height 700

Copy & Paste your frame to the canvas.

MagicWand

Selections - Modify - Expand 5

Layers - New Layer 

Flood Fill Tool 

 Fill selection with #d3dbde or a color to match your tube.

Layers - Arrange - Move Down.

Copy your tube & Paste on to the canvas.

Arrange how you think it looks best.

Selections - Select none.

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.

Edit - Copy - Paste As New Layer.

I do this so the image is dead center of the canvas.

Right Click on layer & Rename it TagMain.

Layers Duplicate x2

On the TagMain Layer.

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 20.

Effects - Plugins - dsb flux - Radial Mosaic

Image - Rotate - Free Rotate

Effects - Texture Effects - Weave x2

Copy of TagMain.

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 20x2

Effects - xero - Fritillary.

Layers - Duplicate.

Layers - New Raster Layer.

Layers - Arrange - Send to Bottom.

Flood Fill Tool 

Fill layer with #041916 or a color to match your tube.

Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image.

Layers - Merge - Merge Group.

Go to Your top Layer which should be the Copy (2) of TagMain.

Layers - New Raster Layer.

Layers Arrange - Move Down.

Add your brush(s) in a color to match your tube I used #ffffff

Add your copyright.

Save as PSP or png.
