PTU Tutorial - Elegance
This tutorial was written by me on 9th of June 2014 any resemblance to other tutorials is a coincidence.

(yes I know I use this mask a lot but it's just so pretty and looks so well with tags it's got to be done lol)
Font Sheer Elegance.

*Lets Get Started*
File - New - New Image 650x650
I floodfilled this layer with black to make it easier for me to see.
Layers - New Raster Layer.
Selections - Select All.
Copy PO-mypp10 - Paste - Paste Into Selection.
Selections - Select None.
Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image.
Layers - Merge - Merge Group.

Copy PO-my13 - Paste - Paste As New Layer.
Image - Resize 80%
Magic Wand - Click inside the frame.
Selections - Modify - Expand by 10.
Copy PO-mypp10 - Paste - Paste As New Layer.
Selections - Invert - Press the small delete key on your keyboard.

Copy your tube - Paste - Paste As New Layer.
Layers - Duplicate.
On the original tube press the small delete key.
Selections - Select None.
Back to the copy of tube - Layers - Arrange - Move Up.
Eraser Tool - Erase the bottom half of the tube so it looks like it is sitting inside the frame.

Copy PO-my65 - Paste - Paste As New Layer.
Image - Reszie 80%
Layers - Arrange - Move Down.

Copy PO-my71 - Paste - Paste As New Layer.
Image - Reszie 50% - Move to the top right of the frame.
*
Copy PO-my3 - Paste - Paste As New Layer.
Layers - Arrange - Bring to Top.
Image - Resize 65% - move to the bottom right of the frame.

Copy PO-my59 - Paste - Paste As New Layer.
Image - Resize 45% - Place just above the previous flower.
*
Copy PO-my16 - Paste - Paste As New Layer.
Image - Resize 70%.

Copy PO-my58 - Paste - Paste As New Layer
Image - Resize 40% - Move to the bottom left of frame.
Layers - Duplicate.
Image - Mirror - Move back to the left or frame.
(see my tag for placement)

Copy PO-my23 - Paste - Paste As New Layer.
Image - Resize 30% - Move so it's on top of PO-my58.
*
To get the softness I have on my tag.
Delete the black background and close off mask layer.
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.
Layers - Duplicate.
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 2.
Change the Blend Mode to Screen and lower the opacity to 46.
Open up the mask layer - Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.

Add your copyright and name.
Save as png.
