File - New - New Image 700x700

Selections - Select All.

Copy Paper11 - Paste - Paste Into Selection.

Selections - Select None.

Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image.

Layers - Merge - Merge Group.

Copy Frame - Paste - Paste As New Layer.

Image - Resize 80

Magic Wand Tool - click inside the frame.

Selections - Modify - Expand by 10.

Copy paper8 - Paste - Paste As New Layer.

Selections - Invert - press the small delete key on your keyboard.

(This is should remove the papers outside of the frame - or just use your Eraser Tool)

Selections - Select None

Layers - Arrange - Move Down.

Copy Brush - Paste - Paste As New Layer.

Layers - Arrange - Bring to Top.

Image - Flip.

Image - Mirror.

Copy FractalElement - Paste - Paste As New Layer.

Image - Mirror.

Image - Resize 50.

Place to the bottom right corner of frame.

Copy HeartString - Paste - Paste As New Layer.

Image - Rotate - Free Rotate 10 Right.

Image - Resize 80.

Place at top right of frame.

(I used my Eraser Tool to remove the string from the right side of heart)

Copy Flowers - Paste - Paste As New Layer.

Image - Rotate - Free Rotate 10 Left.

Image - Resize 90.

Place on left side of frame.

Copy your tube - Paste - Paste As New Layer.

Copy Scarf - Paste - Paste As New Layer.

Move down to bottom of frame.

Copy Flower1 - Paste - Paste As New Layer.

Image - Resize 70.

Move to bottom right of frame.

Copy Wordart4shadowed - Paste - Paste As New Layer.

Move so it's sat on the scarf.

Resize to your liking.

Add your copyright & Name.

Save - Save As png.
