PTU Tutorial - Beautiful Softness

Scrapkit Fizzy Spring by P-O Concept
Gorgeous tube by Chris Pastel, you must have a license to use this tube.

*Lets Start*
File - New - New Image 650x650
Selections - Select All.
Copy PO-fipp8 - Paste - Paste Into Selection.
Selections - Select None.

Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image.
Layers - Merge - Merge Group.

Copy PO-fi44 - Paste - Paste As New Layer
Image - Resize 60%.

Magic Wand Tool - click inside the frame.
Selections - Modify - Expand 5.
Copy PO-fipp8 - Paste - Paste As New Layer.
Selections - Invert - press the small delete key.
Layers - Arrange - Move Down.
Selections - Select None.

Open up PO-fi59
Press SHIFT+D to duplicate it & close off the original.
Image - Resize 60%
Image - Roate - Free Rotate 20 degrees left.
Layers - Duplicate.
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 2.
Layers - Properties - Screen.
Lower the Opacity to 70%.
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.

Open PO-fi33 - Press SHIFT+D to duplicate it & close off the original. 
Image - Mirror.
Image - Resize 40%
Layers - Duplicate - Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 2.
Layers - Properties - Screen.
Lower the Opacity to 60%.
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.
Copy - Paste - Paste As New Layer on the leaf canvas.
Layers - Duplicate - Image - Resize 80%
Layers - Duplicate - Image - Resize 60%
(you should now have 3 roses of different sizes.)
Place them on the leaves as I have.
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.
Rename this roses.

Copy roses - Paste - Paste As New Layer on your frame.
Move to the right of frame.
Layers - Duplicate 
Image - Mirror.

If your using the same tube as me and want the effect I have follow these steps.
If not just skip and go to the next part.
Open up your tube - Press SHIFT+D to duplicate it & close off the original.
Layers - Duplicate - Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 2.
Layers Properties - Soft Light.
Lower the Opacity to 70%.
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.
Image - Resize 55%

Copy tube - Paste - Paste As New Layer.
Move around where you think it looks best.
Back on to the paper background - Selections - Float - Defloat.
On your tube layer - Selections - Promote Selection to Layer.
Selections - Select None.
Layers - Arrange - Move Down x4
Back on full tube layer.
Eraser Tool - Remove any of the tube outside the bottom of frame.

Copy PO-fi19 - Paste - Paste As New Layer.
Image - Resize 40%
Move down to bottom of frame.

I added some PO-fi33 at 30% to fill in any gaps I didn't want.

Add copyright and name.
Save as png.

File - New Image 650x650
Selections - Select All.
Copy SC_GP_P1 - Paste - Paste Into Selection.
Selections - Select None.
Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image.
Layers - Merge - Merge Group.

Copy SC_GP_E17 - Paste - Paste As New Image.
Image - Resize 80%.

Magic Wand - click inside the frame.
Selections - Modify - Expand 5.
Copy SC_GP_P3 - Paste - Paste As New Layer.
Selections - Invert.
Press the small delete key on your keyboard.
Layers - Arrange - Move Down.
Selections - Invert.

Copy your tube - resize to liking (I resized 70%) - Paste - Paste As New Layer.
Move to where you want it inside the frame.
Selections - Promote Selection to Layer.
Selections - Select None.
Layers - Arrange - Move Up.

Click on the Full tube layer.
Layers - Arrange - Move Up.

Eraser Tool - remove any of the tube outside of the frame.

File - New Image 650x650
Copy PO-EMO45 - Paste - Paste As New Layer.
Magic Wand - click on the grey oval of the frame.
Adjust - Color Balance - Manual Color Correction.
Source #bfbfbf
Target #f80eac or any color you like.
Selections - Select None.

Magic Wand - Click inside the frame.
Selections - Modify - Expand by 5.
Copy PO-EMOpp3 - Paste - Paste As New Layer.
Selections - Invert.
Press the small delete key on your keyboard.
Layers - Arrange - Move Down.

Copy your tube - Paste - Paste As New Layer.
Move to the left of frame.
Selections - Press the small delete key on your keyboard.
Selections - Select None.

Make sure you are on the tube layer.
Text Tool 
Font Impact - Size 72.
Caps Lock on type out the words CUTE EMO.
Lower the opacity to 60% or more it's up to you.

Back on frame layer.
Copy PO-EMO20 - Image - Resize 30%.

Copy your tube - resize to liking.
Paste - Paste As New Layer.
Move to where you think it looks best.

Copy PO-EMO44 - Paste - Paste As New Layer.
Layers - Arrange - Send to Bottom.

Copy PO-EMO52 - Paste - Paste As New Layer.
Layers - Arrange - Send to Bottom.
Move up and to the left a little.
Layers - Duplicate.
Move down and to the right a little.

Add any other elements you like.
Resize to your liking.
Add your copyright and name.
Save as png.

Open in PSP - Press SHIFT+D to duplicate it - close off the original.
Delete Copyright and gold shamrocks layers.

Selections - Select All.
Copy PO-olpp9 - Paste - Paste Into Selection.
Selections - Select None.
Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image.
Click OK.
Layers - Merge - Merge Group.

Copy close up of tube again.
Place to the right of the green shape - press the small delete key again.
Selections - Select None.
Layers - Duplicate.
Image - Mirror.
Layers - Merge - Merge Down.
Change the blend mode to Luminance(Legacy)
Layers - Duplicate
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 3
Change the blend mode to Overlay and lower the opacity to 30%.

Delete small green circle.
Go to the top layer.

PTU Tutorial - Divine Love

*Lets Get Started*
I'm going to prepare the tube first.

Open up the tube you are going to use.
Hold SHIFT+D to duplicate the tube and close off the original.
Layers - duplicate.
On the original tube layer - Adjust - Hue and Saturation


On the duplicated tube layer - Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 3
Layers - Properties - Screen.

You can lower the opacity if you like but I didn't.
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.

Now on to the tag
File - New - New Image 650x650
Flood Fill Tool - fill canvas with #808080
 (just so we can see what we are doing)
Layers - New Raster Layer
Selections - Select All 
Copy PO-dipp8 - Paste - Paste Into Selection.
Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image


Layers - Merge - Merge Group.

Copy PO-di8 - Paste - Paste As New Layer.
Image - Resize 80% - move down to bottom of the mask.

Copy PO-di70 - Paste - Paste As New Layer
Image - Resize 90%
Magic Wand Tool - click inside the frame.
Selections - Modify - Expand by 5
Copy PO-dipp6 - Paste - Paste As New Layer.
Selections - Invert.
Press the small delete key on your keyboard to remove an paper outside the frame.
Layers - Arrange - Move Down.

Selections - Invert.
Copy your tube - Paste - Paste As New Layer.
Move the tube into position.
Selections - Promote - Selection to Layer.
Selections - Select None.
Layers - Arrange Move Down.
On the full tube layer - Layers Arrange - Bring to Top.
Eraser Tool - erase any of the tube outside the bottom of the frame.

Image - Resize 50%
Move to the right side of the frame.
Image - Duplicate - Image - Mirror.
Layers - Arrage - Move Down x2

Copy PO-di31 - Paste - Paste As New Layer.
Image - Resize 90%
Layers - Arrange - Move Up.

Copy PO-di43 - Paste - Paste As New Layer.
Image - Resize 40% 
Move to left side of frame.
Layers - Arrange - Move Up x2
Layers - Duplicate - Image - Mirror.
Layers - Arrange - Move Down x2

Copy PO-di10 - Paste - Paste As New Layer.
Image - Resize 50%
Layers - Arrange - Bring to Top
Move to the left side of frame.
Layers - Duplicate
Image - Mirror

Copy PO-di7 - Paste - Paste As New Layer.
Image - Resize 45%
Place in middle of two white roses.

Copy PO-di12 - Paste - Paste As New Layer.
(see my tag for placement)
Use the Eraser Tool to remove any of the chain you don't want showing.

Delete the background layer we flood filled at the beginning.
Add your copyright and name.
Save as png.

Find your mask in the drop down box
Invert mask data not checked
Click OK
Layers - Merge - Merge Group.

Copy PO-fru25 - Paste As New Layer
Image - Resize 65%
Magic Wand - Click inside the frame.
Selections - Modify - Expand 5
Layers - New Raster Layer
Copy PO-frupp1 - Paste - Paste Into Selection
Layers - Arrange - Move Down

Copy tube - Paste As New Layer
Resize to your liking and place where you think it looks best.
(I resized 70%)
Selections - Promote Selection to Layer
Selections - Select None
Layers - Arrange - Move Down.
Back on the full tube layer
Layers - Arrange - Move Up

Eraser Tool
(Make sure you are on the full tube layer above the frame)
Erase any of the tube below the frame

Copy PO-fru33 - Paste As New Layer
Image - Resize 80%
Move to the left of frame.

Copy PO-fru33 - Paste As New Layer
Image - Rotate 90 right
Image - Flip
Image - Rotate - 30 right
Image - Resize 80%
Layers - Arrange - Move Down.

Close off the mask layer.
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible
Layers - Duplicate 
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 3
Change the Blend Mode layer to Overlay 
Lower the opacity to 60%

Open up the mask layer again.
Add your Copyright & name.
Save as png
